Application

Body mask: Apply evenly to cleansed skin, leave on for 20 minutes, and rinse with warm water. Use 1-2 times per week.
Body Serum: Apply twice daily (morning and evening) to arms, stomach, hips, buttocks, thighs, and knees. For more intense effects, combine with the cream.
Body cream: Apply to problem areas twice daily, ideally in combination with serum and mask as a treatment.
